How pricing works
Most flagship reviews are quoted as a fixed engagement fee after a short intake. Advisory work may use a day rate when the agenda is still forming. Prices below are starting figures in New Taiwan Dollars for planning; international clients may settle in an agreed currency.

What changes the quote
- Number of services, stores, and external integrations in scope
- Whether documents arrive complete or need discovery sessions first

What you are not buying
There is no subscription tier, no seat license, and no “enterprise plan.” You commission a consultation; we deliver findings and a handoff. Implementation remains with your team unless separately arranged.
Deposits
For engagements above five days of calendar commitment, a deposit may be requested to reserve the window. Details appear in the engagement note before work begins. See also our refund policy.
